Kate's wedding weekend

Despite the freezing temps, the kids stayed true to their Floridian roots and refused to wear long sleeves/pants/sweaters.  David rocked some extra thick knee highs.

After the wedding I drove through the mountains to meet up with my college roommates, who had gathered together from the corners of the earth.  We had not all been together (or on the same continent) since college graduation!  I thought that I might finally have visible proof that I am capable of a life outside of my children, but for privacy reasons we were unable to take pictures.  I had the most wonderful time with the most beautiful people and I was very sad to leave, but I had a nice 10 hour drive home by myself to work through it.
